1. Who these terms are with
These terms govern your use of the websites and services of Botbytesai Automation Agency( “Botbytesai”, “we”), of House 201-B, Street 11, Mohammadia Colony, Bahawalpur, Punjab, Pakistan. By using our services you agree to them.
2. What we provide
AI automation, full-stack web development, GoHighLevel systems, mobile applications, and the OrderFlow ordering platform. The exact scope, price, and timeline of any engagement is set out in a separate written agreement or proposal, which prevails over these terms where they conflict.
3. Your responsibilities
- Give accurate information, and keep your account credentials secure.
- Use the services lawfully, and not to send spam or unsolicited bulk messages.
- Hold the rights to any content, data, or customer lists you give us to process, and have any consent the law requires.
- Where you connect a third-party account (such as Meta or WhatsApp Business), comply with that provider’s own terms and policies.
4. Messaging services
Where we send messages on your behalf — including via the WhatsApp Business Platform — you remain responsible for the content and for having a lawful basis to contact the recipient. We do not permit unsolicited bulk messaging, and we may suspend a service that is used for it. Third-party messaging providers may apply their own rules, rates, and limits, which we do not control.
5. Fees
Fees, billing cycle, and payment terms are as stated in your agreement or in the product you subscribed to. Third-party costs passed through to you (for example, advertising spend or per-message platform charges) are yours.
6. Intellectual property
You keep ownership of your content and data. We keep ownership of our own software, tools, and methods. On full payment, you receive the licence to the delivered work set out in your agreement.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep our services available and correct, but we provide them “as is” and cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the behaviour of third-party platforms we depend on. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
8. Ending the agreement
Either party may end an engagement as set out in the agreement. We may suspend or end service immediately for unlawful use, non-payment, or a breach of these terms.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
