Overview
A complete HVAC business automation built in n8n — from lead intake all the way to job completion, invoicing and payment tracking. Customers and an AI call assistant create jobs, admins assign engineers, engineers update progress live from the field, and the system auto-prices work, generates invoices, and chases unpaid bills over email and WhatsApp.
